- Student Rehearsal will be held Thursday, July 15th at 7:30 PM. Only students are permitted to attend the rehearsal.
- Students will be divided into their Advisory Colleges for the coating ceremony.
- The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. A weather contingency plan will be announced via e-mail & social media if necessary.
- Open seating; first-come, first-serve.
- Overflow parking with shuttle service available, details will be distributed via e-mail in advance of the ceremony.
- Complimentary beverages will be available.
